Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days or sooner.
If for any reason there is a delay in the shipment of any item, you will be notified of the delay.
Please verify your address before submitting the order to ensure proper delivery. If we notice there is an issue with the address entered, we will attempt to contact you. If we are not able to contact you, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded. If you realized your address was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately and we will try to change it.
If your tracking information states your package was shipped and/or delivered and you have not received it, that must be handled with the courier. Balloons Be Poppin, does not hold responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
At this time, we only ship to the United States. We hope to add other countries in the future.
All sales are Final Sale. We do not accept any returns for our balloons. Return policy is strictly enforced.
